Our Projects
Laos
Apseed is in discussion with high level officers of the Lao Government regarding a number of projects that are of great interest to the Lao Government.
These include :
- A REDD/Carbon credit initiative on a forest area within Laos. It is hoped that a pilot program will be in place shortly
- An upgrade to the electronic postage facilities within the national post office network
- A new satellite required by the government
- A private school
- The development of a new city in central Laos
These discussions are only possible because of the high regard with which two of the Apseed directors are held in Laos and the network they have established over a number of years.

Social Housing Vietnam
The Vietnamese Government is keen to establish a range of social housing developments across Vietnam. Apseed is working towards bringing a number of social infrastructure developments to fruition.
Recent changes to the Social Housing regulations have caused delays due to uncertainty surrounding the new rules and regulations, however, the road forward is now clearer with regard to the processes required, building guidelines, town planning, government permits and so on.
